Our Story

We built a quiet, slow-paced sanctuary of caffeine and butter

We believe that coffee shouldn't be rushed. In a world of fast-paced drive-thrus, we wanted to build a quiet, slow-paced sanctuary of caffeine and butter right here in our community. We source single-origin beans from local midwestern roasters who share our obsession with transparent sourcing, then brew them using a meticulous, cold-drip process that takes eighteen hours to get exactly right.

Every morning, our kitchen smells of caramelized butter as we bake traditional French pastries to pair with your morning pour. Whether you are grabbing a quick takeaway bag of fresh beans or sitting with a book for hours, we welcome you to slow down and enjoy the ritual.
